WST Series

The Burks WST series is a close coupled, self-priming centrifugal pump built for petroleum solvents at 0.82 specific gravity. It ships with U.L. approved, explosion proof motors as standard and runs at 3500 RPM on 60 Hz power.

Operating Conditions

The standard Buna-N seal is rated to 225 °F (107 °C). Inlet pressure is 100 PSI (689 kPa) on the WST5 and casing working pressure is 165 PSI (1137 kPa).

Motor Information

Single phase motors are 115/230 V and three phase motors are 230/460 V, all 60 Hz, 3500 RPM, explosion proof. All three phase motors must be installed with a magnetic starter that provides full three-leg overload protection. Using the wrong starter or overloads will void the motor warranty.
